Family Holidays in Port d'Andratx: Calm Plans for the Little Ones
There's a moment in summer when Mallorca changes pace. It happens in those final days of August and the first days of September, when the sun still shines and the sea is still warm, but the streets of Port d'Andratx recover some quiet and the beaches leave room to breathe. For families with young children, this is probably the best window of the year: there are still whole weeks of good weather ahead, but without the rush and crowds of July and August. By late August, the midday sun loses some of its intensity and the afternoons stretch out with softer light, much kinder to the youngest members of the family.
