In Mallorca, blessed with sun and sea, sustainability has become a priority for those of us who believe in responsible tourism. At Hotel La Pérgola, we have launched a comprehensive energy efficiency project that combines innovation, savings, and respect for the environment.
Solar energy for a cleaner future
The heart of the project is our new photovoltaic carport installation in the parking area. With 276 panels producing over 200,000 kWh of energy per year, we reduce our dependence on conventional energy and improve our carbon footprint.
Sustainable mobility for our guests
We have installed electric vehicle charging stations, making it easier for our guests to travel in a greener way and supporting the transition to clean energy.
Efficiency in every detail
With an advanced energy monitoring system and new water and energy meters, we can track consumption in real time, optimize resources, and implement smarter savings strategies.
A project with European support
This initiative has been supported by the Government of the Balearic Islands, within the de minimis aid scheme for projects to improve energy efficiency and circular economy in tourist establishments, funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
